Appreciate Access to Affordable Bread?

Affordable Bread
I’m a big bread fan. I love bread. Fresh bread, bagged bread, good bread, and Affordable Bread. I’ve eaten whole loaves of bread with a little olive oil and herbs to dip it in. I’ve been learning over the past few years how to make bread. But not great. Part of my learning curve has been reading, watching videos, and listening to podcasts about bread. Making it, and the history of it. It boils down to this. We work out butts off and don’t have time to make our own bread, and we’re geographically large and spread out the country, so trips to the “neighborhood” bakery take a lot longer than you might think.  So, we developed thoroughly mediocre bread that was shelf-stable long enough for it to be shipped to stores and to be bought by people.
